(CNN) – The Boeing 737 MAX is back, but not everyone is excited.
For airlines operating MAX, this creates a complicated problem. What will they do when tourists are afraid to board a boat?
The airline ordered the 737 MAX when it was first launched, and now has more than 5,000 units worldwide.
Airlines are excited about MAX and show pride in their customers when it comes to services. Then the accident began.
On October 29, 2018, Lion Air 610 crashed into the Java Sea shortly after. Then, on March 10, 2019, Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 crashed just six minutes after takeoff. The similarities between the crashes are striking, but before the final cause, global pressure caused the plane to crash.
The FAA has approved the return of the Boeing 737 MAX to the skies.

At the time of landing, the United States, Southwest and the United States were the only United States operators to fly the MAX with 72 passengers. Aircraft in their aircraft, according to data from Cirium. The items were sent to long-term storage and subsequent shipments were suspended.

While inexperienced pilots were initially charged with the accident, it soon became clear that the automation of the aircraft was largely faulty. The revelations upset travelers, and when bad news broke, the belief that the MAX was unsafe became widespread in the minds of tourists.
The MAX has now been thoroughly reviewed by regulators and reworked by Boeing to be considered safe.
The need for additional pilot training should help build the confidence of the aircraft, but it is difficult to dispel the fear that many pilots will experience in the near future.
For this reason, airlines respond to customers’ special policies as they bring in aircraft.
It is rumored that Boeing is considering switching to the MAX as a way to disconnect from the aircraft’s past problems, but it does not appear on the card.
Earlier this year, Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun seemed reluctant to change. “My symbol is that change, just changing the name directly to the name would be stupid,” he said. “Our only chance is to restore faith and trust in the 737 family.”
‘Transparency and flexibility’

The airline also seems to take note that disconnecting with the former is a bad idea to build customer confidence. All US operators have made it clear that they will ensure that customers know they are flying at MAX for transparency.
The airline delivered 24 MAX aircraft before landing, and it has 10 more to arrive before the end of the year, according to President Robert Isom at the Skift Aviation Forum this week.
It is expected to be the first to bring the aircraft back to commercial service with a one-day scheduled flight between Miami and New York / LaGuardia beginning Dec. 29.
If tourists do not want to fly, a Lao Airlines spokesman explained the airline’s strategy in detail, “short, transparent and flexible.”
When travelers search for bookings on the U.S. website, they see a specific aircraft that will operate each flight. If it is MAX, it will be clearly displayed. Even if someone subscribes to an MAX subscription and later feels unwell, it will have the flexibility to allow a free change.
But what if Americans change planes and place MAXs on routes that are expected to be operated by other aircraft?
Americans say it will have an “enhanced alert procedure” to tell travelers that they have been relocated to the MAX. Will the traveler be able to change to another flight, if there is no other option, change the destination within 300 miles of the original destination. Travelers can cancel flights at any time and make it an honor to travel in the future as well.
The United Nations has also confirmed that travelers who do not need an MAX flight will be re-booked free of charge or will be eligible for a refund.

Southwest only flies 737s, so it is known that confusion may cause hesitation throughout the ship when the MAX returns to the air.
Southwest has not yet set specific customer recommendations as it will not pay for in-flight customers for several months, but it can be said that it will allow “customers to order a 737 MAX 8 to request a change in flight on one of our 737-700 or 737-800 seats on the day of their departure on arrival.”
The airline added that no additional fees will be charged as long as the origin and destination remain the same.
Alaska Airlines did not pick up the MAX before landing, but expects to receive its first airline in January with its first commercial service in March.
All of these exceptions apply to MAX It will be temporary, with the United States saying it will be used in the “immediate phase,” although it remains to be seen how that period will be.
Internationally, MAX also needs the approval of other regulators to return to operation. The European Aviation Safety Agency is expected to begin discussions on whether to follow its US counterpart in the coming weeks, but no venue is expected to begin before 2021.
When the MAX returns to service and passengers see the aircraft safely flying each day, the hope is that the fear will go away and most people will be able to go back and forget about what aircraft they were flying, just as they used to be.
However, if that happens, travelers will have more options to avoid the plane.
